Students and post-graduate students living in the student dormitories are temporarily registered on the basis of the rules established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Registrations are organized by the Chairperson of the Board (head) and Passport Officer (CA).8. The general guidance on educational, cultural and sporting activities and the organization of everyday services to the students living in the hostels is entrusted to the rector of the institute.9. It is strictly forbidden to place members of the institute’s staff, foreigners, students and post-graduate students at the campus.10. The amount of payment for living in student dormitories is determined by the order of the rector of the institute2. Rights and obligations of the students living in the dormitory3. The rights of the students living in the dormitory are as follows: – living in accordance with the established internal rules of the room;- use of cultural and household equipment in student dormitories;- Appeal to the management for the repair, upgrade and elimination of any shortcomings arising in the utilization of the household equipment, furniture and other property that is in use;- Participation in mass-cultural, sports and educational activities in the hostel;- make recommendations to the administration of the institute on the created conditions;- selection and selection of members of the Student Council;- Improving the living conditions of students’ housing through the Council of Students, organizing educational and cultural activities, and participating in solving the issues of accommodation.2. Establishment of student self-governance at the student home1. The Student Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) is established for the purpose of forming and implementing students’ self-governance. The composition of the Council is elected by students by general voting. Members of the student body must be those who read “good” and “excellent” marks, who are versatile and well-educated in their student life, who are active in independent thinking and in community affairs.3. Self-governance of students is based on democratic principles. Pedagogical staff carries out coordination and coordination of activities of the Council.4. The Chairman of the Council is elected for a term of one year.5. The work plan and the program of the Council are developed by the chairman of the board, discussed with the members of the management, pedagogical educators and approved by the rector in accordance with the established procedure.6.
